Our unique chocolate art products are sold regionally in the Pacific Northwest and through our online store and catalogs. We accept safe and secure online payments in US dollars through Paypal or Visa and MasterCard through PsiGate (*view technical bits). Through these services we do not see your personal financial information and we do not use your addresses or email information for anything other than shipping and purchase communication. International Ordering

We are located in Canada and we do ship internationally. If you are unable to choose your country origin from the pull down menu, please contact us with your request and we will make every effort to facilitate your order.
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via the Postal Service, they are collected from the recipient. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped after credit card approval and order processing. This process may take 1 to 2 business days at which time the order will be shipped via the shipping service you chose. We send through post, UPS and Fedex. If an item is backordered we will immediately email you with an estimated time for shipment and offer you a chance to cancel the order.

We ask you to reply an order confirmation by email before shipping. Please read shipping times. Your delivery date with the standard shipping option is NOT guaranteed but is generally quite reliable. When we ship your package, we will e-mail you a scheduled ship date, but remember that this date is just an estimate; it is not a guarantee.

Custom Orders

For large, corporate or wholesale purchases the lead time will be arranged with the customer before placing an order. We will send a confirming response on estimated shipment times for such items. Should you wish alternate shipping methods on large orders, please Contact us.

Our guarantee
If you are not satisfied, for any reason, with a product you received, it may be returned for a full refund minus shipping cost. However, merchandise may be returned only with the prior approval of Chocolate Cravings. To request a return, contact us by telephone or e-mail, explain the problem, and you will be given instructions on how to proceed.

Returns

At Chocolate Cravings, we are focused on pleasing you. Please follow these steps when receiving products:

Check your counts. If you are short of an item, please note it on the carrier's delivery receipt.

Give a detailed inspection for damage. If the carton even appears to have damage anywhere, make sure you open and inspect your goods thoroughly. If there is damage, note it on the delivery receipt and call customer service immediately. Damaged or lost merchandise claims must be filled with the carrier within 10 days of receipt of goods.

If we made an error in processing your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, and you will be given instructions on how to proceed. Merchandise delivered to the customer in a defective condition reported within 30 days will be returned, or exchanged at no cost to the customer.

All items must be returned in their original condition (unused).

Formare Design and Chocolate Cravings is not responsible for any damage to the goods during the return, so we recommend that the return shipment be insured and traceable.

*Technical bits: How secure are PSiGate eCommerce solutions?
PSiGate addresses a number of issues concerning Internet commerce security.
PSiGate uses digital certificates to authenticate the identities of both the sender and receiver when the data is being transmitted. Certificates reside on both the client and server sides of the commerce site for added security.
PSiGate uses encryption to protect credit card information. The information is also stored behind a firewall to ensure protection.
